Teceze is seeking a contract IT support professional to deploy, install, configure, and validate clinical IT devices during the Epic go-live period. The role includes hands-on deskside support, workstation setup, and troubleshooting of printers, scanners, and WOWs in a healthcare environment.

Experience with Epic go-live deployments and healthcare IT is preferred. This 1099 contract initially spans 1 month, with pay on a monthly basis.

Competenze

Experience delivering deskside, desktop, or field support in a healthcare setting.
Experience installing and troubleshooting printers/scanners and related peripherals.
Ability to configure workstations and peripheral devices in clinical environments.
Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting capabilities.
Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
Experience providing hypercare or post-go-live support is beneficial.

Mansioni

Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical IT devices.
Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
