Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking an IT field/ deskside support technician to deploy, install, configure, and validate healthcare IT devices during Epic go‑live. You'll support workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs at clinical sites.

This role requires hands‑on hardware and networking troubleshooting, coordination with site staff, and a professional, customer‑focused approach in a hospital setting. On-site, full-time employment in Texas is expected.

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field IT support experience.
• Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration expertise.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Hyper-care/post-go-live support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Perform post-deployment stabilization and hyper-care support.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
