Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls, greets patients, and directs to appropriate personnel.
• Schedules appointments and assists with patient registration in Epic.
• Verifies insurance information and collects co-payments when required.
• Maintains lobby area, handles mail, and supports clerical duties.
• Protects patient privacy and handles records according to policies.
