Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking an Analyst II specializing in Epic EMR (Clinical Documentation) to lead training initiatives across inpatient nursing, respiratory therapy, and allied health staff.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate curricula for Epic, manage multiple classes weekly, and support ongoing optimization of Epic functionality through education while collaborating with clinicians and IT teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years in a related job discipline.
• EPIC certification.
• Prior eLearning content creation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, respiratory therapy, or related clinical field.
• 3 years of experience developing and implementing training strategies focused on clinical information systems.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support education initiatives for Epic clinical documentation systems.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for Epic workflows.
• Manage two to three classes per week and multiple projects concurrently.
• Maintain and update Epic training content and curricula.
• Collaborate with clinicians and IT to align training with clinical workflows.
