Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an Analyst II specializing in Epic EMR (Clinical Documentation) to lead and support education initiatives for the hospital’s Epic systems, designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for inpatient nursing, respiratory therapy, allied health professionals, and unlicensed staff to optimize clinical workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• EPIC certification preferred.
• Experience developing and delivering clinical information system training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain moderately complex training systems for Epic clinical documentation.
• Drive scheduling of clinical systems training and build environments to ensure currency and usability for end user training.
• Develop educational technology content for applicable use.
• Support curriculum review, ongoing maintenance, and management of the Epic training environment.
