Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Lead Product Manager for Customer Experience focused on EPIC EMR integrations in the United States. You will shape multi-year strategy, supervise cross-functional teams, and advance interoperability with HL7/FHIR.

This senior role partners with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and Operations to transform customer experience and clinical workflows within enterprise EMR ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in product management, digital health, interoperability, or related disciplines.
• 5 years of Epic EMR workflows experience in health systems or vendors.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide product strategies and cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy for customer-facing EMR integrations, mainly Epic.
• Lead roadmaps for integration, workflow, interoperability, and customer experience.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and value.
• Shape interoperability priorities with HL7, FHIR, and APIs across EMR ecosystems.
