As a hands‑on product leader and mentor, you will strengthen product management practices while driving meaningful improvements in adoption, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and clinical workflows.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a primary product leader across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, Customer Success, and related functions, aligning teams around priorities and execution plans.
  • Influence senior executives through customer insights, strategic recommendations, business impact analysis, and clear communication of tradeoffs.
  • Represent Product Management in strategic customer, partner, and executive discussions while building trusted relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Define portfolio-level success metrics covering adoption, workflow utilization, customer experience, efficiency, and business performance.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product investments, identify improvement opportunities, and maximize customer and business value.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and recommendations based on customer feedback, field insights, market dynamics, and product performance.
  • Mentor Product Managers and cross-functional partners while advancing best practices in product strategy, discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, delivery, and outcome measurement.

Requirements:
