- Experience with change management and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Owns the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows.
- Translate clinical and business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Define and drive execution pathways aligned to OKRs.
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Lead agile development with engineering, data science, and integration teams.
- Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
