Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Preferred: experience in professional billing, coding, claims, and project management.
• EPIC certification within 180 days of hire.
• Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams with focus on system optimization and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Epic certification within 180 days and maintain required certifications.
• Maintain build and testing standards with SME or governance signoff.
• Follow division policies, procedures, and standards.
• Prepare documentation for enhancements or new technology.
• Follow change control processes and perform quality control and testing.
