Experience performing workflow analysis, testing (UAT, regression), and change management.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize Epic Resolute PB/HB and related Revenue Cycle workflows.
Analyze operational, financial, clinical, and technical workflows to develop effective application solutions.
Serve as liaison between Revenue Cycle, IT, users, and vendors to resolve complex issues.
Support build, configuration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Participate in break/fix and workflow optimization initiatives.
Ensure changes comply with governance and ITIL processes.
