Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's Dell Medical School is seeking an Application Analyst - Epic Resolute to support and optimize Epic Resolute Revenue Cycle modules, including Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, Claims, and Electronic Remittance.

You will partner with Revenue Cycle, clinical, financial, and technical teams to ensure reliable performance, drive workflow improvements, and support quarterly upgrades and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting Epic applications.
• Experience supporting Epic Resolute, including PB/HB/Claims workflow.
• Experience with testing: UAT, regression, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute applications for PB/HB/Claims.
• Analyze workflows to develop effective application solutions and improvements.
• Coordinate between Revenue Cycle ops, IT, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support testing, upgrades, break/fix, and post-go-live stabilization.
