Job summary

The role focuses on system implementation, maintenance, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance performance and operational excellence across the organization. Bachelor’s degree and Epic certifications are required, with 5 years of healthcare IT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT.
• Advanced Epic expertise, preferably Prelude/Referrals; EPIC certifications preferred.
• 5 years of healthcare IT experience; referrals analyst preferred.
• Experience with AI workflow tools and project management.
• Education may be substituted with related experience on a one-to-one basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Epic EHR system implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Provide technical support and workflow expertise for deployment and enhancements.
• Analyze system performance data to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize system modification requests across stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple projects within integrated teams and translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Establish strong liaison relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor staff and promote effective communication across teams.
