Job summary

The EPIC Support Site Specialist in Dayton, OH, is part of the Clinical & Quality Services department reporting to the EPIC Support Manager. This role coordinates the needs of offices and providers using EPIC EHR to support both employed and affiliated practices.

You will help develop, optimize, and implement workflow improvements that standardize care delivery, ensure optimal EPIC usage, and support best practice workflows across the network, with travel to offices as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 to 5 years of Clinical Medical Office experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient office operations and workflows essential.
• Prior experience in EPIC ambulatory greatly desired.
• Customer service/account management experience expired.
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups; Exemplary communication skills, required.
• Strong Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required
• Ability to problem solve/remediate in a highly complex and matrixed environment.
• Self- motivated to achieve the highest level of patient care and patient experience standards.
• Valid Driver licenses and dependable transportation as substantial travel to offices across the network is required.
