Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking an EPIC Support Site Specialist within the Clinical & Quality Services department to coordinate EPIC EHR needs across Premier Physician Companies, IT, and PIP Business Development.

The role focuses on optimizing workflows, supporting both employed and affiliated practices, and traveling to offices across the network to ensure best-practice use of EPIC and strong patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 to 5 years of Clinical Medical Office experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient office operations and workflows essential.
• Prior experience in EPIC ambulatory is greatly desired.
• Customer service/account management experience expired.
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups; Exemplary communication skills, required.
• Strong Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required.
• Ability to problem solve/remediate in a highly complex and matrixed environment.
• Self- motivated to achieve the highest level of patient care and patient experience standards.
• Valid Driver licenses and dependable transportation as substantial travel to offices across the network is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the needs of offices and providers’ use of EPIC EHR.
• Assist practices to develop, optimize, and implement workflow improvements that standardize care delivery through EPIC.
• Support both employed and affiliated practices on EPIC.
• Travel to offices across the network as required.
• Provide frontline EPIC support to ensure optimum use of the system.
