Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is hiring a Certified Epic Security Application Analyst to configure and support Epic modules for member clinics. This fully remote role focuses on secure patient care workflows, with Level 2 support for integrated products and collaboration with vendor calls.

The role involves training, documentation, Go-Live support, and mentoring other analysts to improve workflows and system performance across a national network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; one EPIC certification may substitute for one year.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Epic applications for member clinics.
• Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary products and coordinate with Help Desk.
• Lead trainings and workgroups for members and mentor junior analysts.
• Document build specs, QA complex builds, and support Go-Lives.
