CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Product Owner for the Epic EHR and related informatics tools. You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate clinical needs into actionable requirements.

The role emphasizes Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile methods to improve healthcare delivery, safety, and adoption across enterprise informatics initiatives. A strong leadership presence is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT project management.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience configuring or overseeing Epic software within a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.

Responsabilités

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, translating clinical needs into product requirements.
• Own full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows, from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
• Create features, stories, and workflow designs based on stakeholder research and CX needs.
• Define execution plans with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile development.
• Develop and maintain risk and issue logs with clear escalation paths.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on product status and decisions.
