CVS Health is seeking a senior product leader to own the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

You will drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to go-live, leveraging Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile practices to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
• Experience delivering Epic-based healthcare IT projects and managing clinical informatics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for Epic EHR platform and related tools.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation through delivery with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Translate clinical and business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Drive adoption, monitor metrics, and report status to executives.
