Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a seasoned product leader to own the Epic EHR platform and related clinical informatics tools. You will guide the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operations teams to translate needs into requirements and roadmaps.

You will apply Epic domain expertise, user-centered design, and agile methods to drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in product management or health IT
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope
• Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination
• Data-driven mindset with analytics collaboration
• Strong collaboration in a matrixed environment
• Growth mindset and execution/delivery
• Business intelligence and translating data into insights
• Change management and user adoption of clinical technology

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the product lifecycle
• Owns end-to-end lifecycle including prototyping, build, testing, and go-live
• Creates features, stories, and workflows for Epic products
• Translates strategic goals into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
• Partners with business, clinical, and operational teams to define vision and value
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams
• Maintains risk and issue logs with escalation paths
• Leads cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups
• Delivers executive-level reporting on status and risks
• Supports training and change management for Epic releases
• Assists in recruiting and developing talent in informatics
