CVS Health Corporation seeks an experienced Product Leader to drive the Epic EHR platform strategy and delivery. You will own the lifecycle of Epic-based tools, collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational partners to translate needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

You will apply Epic expertise, agile methods, and informatics best practices to ensure safe, effective solutions across enterprise initiatives that improve patient care and operational outcomes.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of experience in product management or healthcare informatics/health IT project management.
• Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience with Epic software, modules, and tools within a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader who drives decisions, ownership, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical and operational domains.
• Owns full lifecycle for Epic-based tools, from ideation through prototyping, build, testing, and go-live.
• Creates features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translates goals into actionable product requirements and project plans with milestones.
