Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks a seasoned Product Leader to own the Epic EHR platform strategy and lifecycle, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.

You will drive adoption, ensure quality and safety, lead cross-functional workstreams, and report executive status while guiding change management and training for Epic-based releases.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management/healthcare informatics or health IT PM.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on Epic software management, configuration, or oversight.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions; translate clinical needs into requirements.
• Owns full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows; include vendor evaluations for buy vs. build.
• Create features, stories, and workflow designs based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Define execution pathways with milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in Agile development.
• Develop and maintain risk/issue logs; implement clear escalation paths.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective leadership of meetings with clear agendas.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions; build stakeholder relationships.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments; ensure documentation.
• Collaborate with training/change management teams for readiness and adoption of releases.
