CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Leader to drive the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into detailed product requirements.

Leverage Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile methods to improve healthcare delivery and safety.

Competenze

7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management/healthcare informatics.
Deep Epic expertise including hands-on experience with Epic software/modules.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
Collaborative, able to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
Data-driven mindset to measure impact with analytics teams.
Adept at problem solving, collaboration, and execution.

Mansioni

Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical and operational domains.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to go-live, including build vs. buy evaluations.
Create features, stories and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Translate strategic goals into actionable requirements and project plans.
Collaborate with clinicians, IT, and business teams to align on vision and OKRs.
Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile sprints.
Develop risk/issue logs with clear escalation and resolution paths.
Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
