CVS Health is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will guide the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
Epic expertise with hands‑on experience managing Epic software, modules and tools.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Proven leader capable of driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.
Highly collaborative, able to work with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Data‑driven mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs.
Own full product lifecycle for Epic tools and workflows from ideation to go‑live, including vendor evaluations.
Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Define execution pathways with milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across workstreams.
Partner with business and clinical teams to shape a product vision aligned to OKRs.
Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile sprints.
Develop and maintain risk/issue logs with escalation paths.
Ensure cross‑functional alignment and effective meetings with clear follow‑ups.
Deliver executive status reports on product risks and decisions.
Support Epic training and change management to drive adoption.
Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent.
Participate in approvals of iterations, schedules, releases and roadmaps.
