Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Epic Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of Epic-based EHR solutions. You will own the full product lifecycle, translating clinical needs into actionable requirements and coordinating with clinical, technical, and operational teams to drive adoption and quality.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, define execution pathways, and oversee the development lifecycle across Epic modules.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT product/project management.
Epic certification(s) in one or more modules relevant to the role.
Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior stakeholders across a large enterprise.
Ability to translate clinical, operational, and business needs into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and execution for the Epic EHR platform and related clinical informatics tools.
Own the product lifecycle for Epic-integrated solutions from ideation through delivery.
Define product vision and strategy for Epic domain with discovery, requirements, configuration, and enhancements.
Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the product lifecycle.
Coordinate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to meet clinical and business outcomes.
Develop and maintain risk and issue logs; provide executive-level reporting on status and decisions.
