Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management/healthcare informatics
• Epic expertise including hands-on experience managing/configuring Epic software/modules
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope
• Proven leader capable of coordinating resources in a matrixed environment
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure product impact and guide analytics teams
• Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience driving user adoption of clinical technology and change management

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical/operational landscapes
• Own the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools from ideation through go-live
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs
• Define execution pathways with milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across workstreams
• Translate strategic informatics goals into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in an agile process
• Develop risk/issue logs and manage escalation/resolution pathways
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability
• Deliver executive-level reporting on product status and risks
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases
• Assist domain leaders with recruiting and developing product talent
