Job summary

CVS Health seeks a senior product leader to own the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will translate clinical and business needs into product requirements, manage the lifecycle from ideation to delivery, and partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to drive adoption and patient safety.

Leverage Epic expertise, agile practices, and user-centric design to shape enterprise informatics initiatives that improve healthcare delivery for patients across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management or health IT.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience in Epic software and modules.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Data-driven mindset; uses analytics to measure product impact and inform decisions.
• Proficient in problem solving, execution, and change management for user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Define features, stories, and workflows from clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable requirements and project plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams.
• Develop risk and issue logs with clear escalation and resolution paths.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions for stakeholders.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product/informatics talent.
