Job summary

CVS Health seeks a senior product leader to own the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools, translating clinical and operational needs into clear product requirements and guiding the lifecycle with agile methods.

You will partner with clinical, technical, and business teams to ensure safe, high-quality Epic-based solutions, drive adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across enterprise health informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

7–10 years in product management or health IT.
Epic expertise with hands-on experience managing Epic software/modules.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Proven leadership: comfortable driving decisions and coordinating resources.
Data-driven: uses data to measure impact and inform decisions.
Excellent communication to senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
Knowledge of value-based care and Medicare/Medicare Advantage is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the lifecycle from ideation to go-live.
Lead cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and operations to deliver Epic-based solutions.
Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical needs and CX requirements.
Translate strategic goals into actionable product plans with milestones and dependencies.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in an agile setting.
Maintain risk/issue logs and escalation paths for technical and operational risks.
Deliver executive-level status reports on status and risks.
