Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior product leader to own the Epic EHR platform strategy and execution. You will guide the lifecycle from ideation to delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into product requirements and value.

You will apply Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile methods to improve adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives. Join a scale‑up in health IT delivering care at scale.

Qualifications

7–10 years in product management or health IT.
Deep Epic expertise with hands-on config or management.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time.
Strong leadership and collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs to advance technical solutions.
Own the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows, from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations for buy vs. build options.
Create features, stories, and workflows for Epic products based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Translate strategic informatics goals into actionable product requirements and project plans with milestones and dependencies.
Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to build a product vision tied to OKRs.
Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile development.
Develop risk/issue logs with escalation paths and mitigation plans.
Ensure cross-functional alignment and lead effective governance and reporting.
Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases with training teams.
Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product talent.
