Job summary

Nuna is building an AI health coach that integrates with major health systems, starting with Epic. As our EHR Integration Lead, you will own end-to-end integrations, translating clinical needs into technical requirements and guiding cross-functional teams to successful deployments.

You’ll develop scalable playbooks, collaborate with Sales and Growth on integration opportunities, and drive value by delivering reliable data exchange and optimized clinical workflows for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise EHR integrations, especially Epic.
• 3–5 years deploying SaaS solutions for external clients, with a focus on Epic health systems.
• Strong fluency in bidirectional integrations; HL7 v2 (ORM/ORU) and FHIR (R4 / SMART on FHIR).
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into clear technical specs, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional partner IT, vendor, and internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise EHR integrations from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Author integration specifications, data mappings, and decision logs.
• Coordinate internal Product, Engineering, and Customer Success with partner IT and clinical teams.
• Build repeatable deployment playbooks and client-ready integration guides.
• Guide enterprise partners through integration decisions, managing scope and timelines.
• Establish scalable integration practices and ensure long-term value.
