Nabla is seeking a Senior Product Manager for EHR integrations to weave Nabla’s clinical AI capabilities into clinician workflows inside the EHR. You will travel to client sites and shape end‑to‑end workflows that balance API constraints, data models, and release cycles with engineering.

Collaborate with Design and Enterprise teams to drive adoption and reliability, while ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinicians, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management experience in healthtech or safety‑critical industries.
• Proven track record shipping complex APIs/api‑driven integrations.
• Willingness to travel and spend time onsite with clients.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nabla’s EHR integrations across platforms.
• Design end‑to‑end clinical workflow from launch to export back into the chart.
• Go onsite with clients to observe how providers navigate their EHR and turn insights into decisions.
• Build deep technical fluency in APIs, FHIR resources, launch contexts, and data models.
• Partner with Design to translate constraints into simple interfaces clinicians adopt.
• Collaborate across squads to deliver integrations and guide health systems through change management.
• Define and track metrics like adoption, export rates, and reliability.
• Prioritize across a roadmap spanning new platforms and reliability improvements.
• Align Product, Engineering, Clinical, Go‑to‑Market, and leadership on priorities.
