Job summary

Parkview Health seeks an experienced EHR Educational Specialist to execute site discovery, training, and go-live support across facilities. You will conduct educator-led classroom courses, webinars, and one-on-one sessions, and collaborate with EHR Instructional Designers to tailor content for clinicians and staff.

Travel up to 4 weeks per project is required; strong Microsoft Office and data analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare, education, information technology, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Epic credentialing within 2 months of hire and must stay current with versions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote EHR education sessions (classroom, webinars, online courses, one-on-one).
• Assist Go-Live support and end-user optimization of EHR and related technology.
• Collaborate with EHR Instructional Designers to coordinate education needs and feedback.
• Promote documentation standards and knowledge transfer across the health system.
• Travel to facilities to train and support end users during project training cycles.
