Job summary

Parkview Health seeks an educator to deliver Epic-related training and support across clinical and non-clinical settings. You will design and update educational content, run classroom sessions, webinars, and one-on-one coaching to optimize Epic usage.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare education, patience with diverse learners, and collaboration with Epic Instructional Designers to tailor education and sustain knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, education, IT, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Epic Credentialing Status obtained in 1 application within 2 months of hire; must stay current with all Epic versions.
• Minimum 3 years experience in education, healthcare or comparable position; 5 years preferred.
• Ability to educate enthusiastically, build relationships, and communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Educate Parkview Health and Connect Clients through classrooms, webinars, online courses, and one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with Epic Instructional Designers to coordinate education needs and feedback.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in EHR usage and related workflow processes.
