Qualifications
- Requires 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience
- 4 years progressive experience in information services or healthcare operations
- Experience with large-scale implementations/upgrades
- Test plan development
- Experience with interfaces, hardware and reporting
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement technical solutions that integrate with existing systems
- Prepare work plans for system upgrades and enhancements
- Configure and maintain technical environments
- Evaluate workflows for feasibility and issues
- Develop specifications and documentation
- Plan and execute test scenarios
- Assist in establishing technology standards
- Estimate resources and communicate variances to management
- Complete tasks by due date or document variances
