Job summary

Jefferson Health in the United States is seeking an experienced IT professional to identify and implement optimal technical solutions that integrate with existing systems. You will prepare work plans for system upgrades, configure and maintain technical environments, and evaluate workflows to assess feasibility and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities include developing clear specifications and documentation, planning and executing test scenarios, and assisting in establishing technology

Qualifications

• 1 year EHR build, implementation and support experience and 4 years progressive experience in information services or healthcare
• Small to medium-scale implementation/upgrades
• Test Plan development
• EPIC Certification - Epic Systems

Responsibilities

• Identifies and implements optimal technical solutions that integrate with existing business and technology systems
• Prepares work plans to support analysis and testing of system upgrades, modifications and enhancements
• Configures, implements, and maintains technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments
• Evaluates work processes, assesses feasibility of project requests, and resolves operational issues
• Plans, develops and executes test scenarios and documents specifications
• Assists in developing technology standards and estimating resources
• Completes tasks by due date or documents variances
