Job summary

Evara Health is seeking an EPIC Application Analyst to support and optimize the Epic EHR and related applications at our Clearwater, FL location. You will collaborate with clinical and operations teams to translate requirements into effective Epic solutions and manage upgrades, testing, go-lives, and stabilization.

Responsibilities include training clinical, operational, and administrative users, developing materials, and ensuring data integrity and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience directly related to Epic applications and workflow support.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and optimize assigned Epic applications and workflows.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to identify workflow improvements and upgrades, and optimize Epic functionality.
• Develop and deliver Epic training for users, including onboarding and application readiness support.
