Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with IT or healthcare focus.
• Epic certification within three months of class completion or six months of hire.
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for the EHR system.
• Assist in development, support and rollout of EHR functionality.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT, and vendors on EHR initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures.
