Job summary

NurseRemotely is seeking an Epic Analyst (I-III) to support the EHR system across Prelude, Grand Central, Referrals and Cadence. The role involves learning the system, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with IT, clinicians, and vendors from locations within the United States.

Candidates should have Epic certifications or be willing to obtain them within the required timeframe; education is a Bachelor's degree with 0–5 years IT or healthcare experience depending on level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Epic certification within 3–6 months of hire/class completion.
• 0–3 years IT or healthcare experience for Level I; more for Level II/III.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users and resolve system errors.
• Perform routine maintenance, patches, and upgrades to ensure EHR stability and security.
• Assist in testing and validation of system changes and configurations.
• Configure and customize the EHR to meet workflow needs for providers.
• Collaborate with IT, clinicians, administrators and vendors on EHR initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
• Build strong relationships with nurses, physicians, revenue cycle and HIM teams.
