Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health is seeking an Epic Analyst to support Prelude/Grand Central/Referral/Cadence implementations. Remote work is possible within participating states, with full-time commitment expected.

Level I–III roles vary by education and experience; certification in Epic applications is required within defined timeframes. The team values analytical, collaborative problem-solving and healthcare workflow expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Epic certification required within three months of class completion or six months of hire.
• Level II requires Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of IT/healthcare experience; Epic certification in specified area; multiple certifications preferred.
• Level III requires Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of IT/healthcare experience; multiple Epic implementations preferred; certification in one or more Epic Applications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and upgrades for stability and security.
• Participate in testing and validation activities for system changes and upgrades.
• Assist in configuring and customizing the EHR system to meet workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, clinicians, administrators, and vendors to support EHR initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, user procedures, and support issues.
• Build strong relationships with nurses, physicians, revenue cycle, health information management, and leadership.
