Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is hiring an Epic Cadence/Prelude/Grand Central Solutions Analyst to support our mission by resolving complex Epic issues, optimizing processes, and aligning technical work with business goals.

This fully remote role focuses on collaboration with non-technical stakeholders and delivering innovative solutions. Responsibilities include documenting functionality, troubleshooting complex issues, cross-department collaboration, and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have certification/proficiency in Epic Cadence or Prelude.
• Minimum of 2+ years of build experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Accountability, data-driven decision making, and proactive problem solving.
• Complete a 50–60 minute competency assessment as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specs and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for optimal system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support projects and address member maintenance.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement.
• Grow competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
