AMroute LLC seeks an Epic-certified Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) to support Hyperspace Web, Interconnect and MyChart infrastructure remotely in the USA. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Epic client and web-server components for reliable service delivery.

The candidate must have at least three years of hands-on Epic ECSA experience in a hospital setting, with current certification covering HSW and Interconnect.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Epic ECSA experience in a hospital or health system.
• Current Epic ECSA certification covering Hyperspace Web and Interconnect.
• Proven production admin and troubleshooting in HSW, Interconnect and MyChart.
• Proficient in Windows Server, IIS, TLS certs, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and load-balancing.

Responsibilities

• HSW server environments: maintain, troubleshoot availability and performance.
• Interconnect: manage deployments, service health, endpoint availability.
• MyChart: support server-side components and troubleshoot with teams.
• Web platform: administer Windows Server and IIS; handle certificates and DNS.
• Change/release: plan, validate health, rollback procedures.
• Reliability: monitor health, automate checks, coordinate vendor escalations.
