Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with adult learners, in-person and virtual training.
• Two+ years in education, Epic end user, or related field.
• Experience with multiple Epic implementations, post-live support, and upgrades.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with Excel, Teams, Lists and related tools.
• Experience with any industry LMS preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with approved workflows.
• Provide onsite end-user support and proactive assistance.
• Prepare classrooms and materials; ensure online modules are accurate and complete.
• Test and troubleshoot the training environment and builds.
• Deliver workflow-based and role-specific training, including eLearning and job aides.
• Mentor junior trainers and escalate issues when needed.
• Attend meetings and deliver outcomes on time; improve end-user proficiency.
