Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking a Credentialed Trainer II to train staff on Epic and other clinical systems. You will validate workflows, develop training materials, and support end-users in clinics. The role requires 3+ years in EHR implementations and EPIC credentialing in multiple applications.

You will lead training projects, collaborate with the Training Manager, and provide 1-1 coaching to clinicians and staff across a large healthcare network in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, education, English, or communications preferred.
• At least 3 years implementing EHR systems in a large healthcare organization.
• At least 2 years in performance, program, or project management.
• EPIC training experience; credentialed in at least 3 applications.
• Minimum 2 years of EPIC training with clinical staff (providers, nurses, MAs).
• Experience training adults; clinical and business system applications familiarity.
• PM/coordination and cross-functional work experience preferred.
• Windows-based apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Train end users on AltaMed technical/clinical systems and applications.
• Validate and train workflows for staff on core software products.
• Create and maintain standardized training materials and tips sheets.
• Collaborate on special projects with Training Manager and PT.
• Provide 1-1 end-user support in clinics and healthcare environments.
• Possible lead of designated task forces with milestones and outcomes.
