Job summary

University Health System seeks a Credentialed Epic Training Specialist to operationalize Epic across campuses. You will lead end-user training, develop curriculum-approved documentation, and manage training schedules and attendees. You will also provide near-term support, gather feedback, and participate in operational meetings as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, Epic experience, and strong communication skills. Healthcare familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is required.
• Experience with Epic application systems.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user Epic training across campuses.
• Develop training documentation approved by principal trainer.
• Maintain Epic Training Class Schedule and attendee lists.
• Provide elbow support and collect end-user feedback.
• Represent Epic in operational meetings as needed.
• Review Epic enhancements and assist in implementation planning.
• Collaborate with University Health System staff and adhere to policies.
