Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer I to deliver training for Epic applications, support end users, and collaborate with Principal Trainers and Health System leaders to ensure the EHR is used effectively.

You will plan and teach classes, tailor content to workflows, provide onsite support, develop job aides, and help prepare learning materials. A credentialed Epic status within 6 months and one year cross-training is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• One+ year of education experience; healthcare education preferred.
• Experience with adult learners, in-person and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with approved workflows.
• Prepare classrooms and ensure materials and environments are ready.
• Provide onsite end user support and proactive assistance.
• Create job aids and update eLearning and Learning Home dashboards.
