Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with education and healthcare education preferred.
• Experience with adult learners, in-person and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for successful EHR implementation.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with approved workflows.
• Provide onsite end user support and build confidence for end users.
