Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks a Physician Credentialed Trainer to lead initial and ongoing EMR training for physicians and advanced practice providers across facilities in the I-80 market, including Peru and Ottawa, St. Elizabeth Medical Center Peru, Center for Health Streator and Mendota.

This role requires Epic end user experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel; you will develop curricula, assess learning needs, and provide hands-on coaching to ensure

Qualifications

• Associates degree with hospital/informatics education experience or equivalent.
• Epic end user experience and credentialing within 90 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and ongoing training for physicians and advanced practice providers on the EMR system.
• Provide support to super-users and end users across multiple facilities.
• Travel between facilities in the I-80 market to deliver hands-on instruction.
• Develop curricula, assess learning needs, and evaluate educational outcomes.
