Qualifications

• Epic certification required or in progress within 3 months.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Experience in education or training.
• Office environment experience and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, attend, lead, and document meetings (phone, virtual, in-person).
• Earn and maintain Epic certification or credentials.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions.
• Adhere to standardized training curricula and delivery methods.
• Provide follow-up support to users after training.
• Assess EHR skills and recommend training to promote end-user success.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to plan, design, implement, and evaluate EHR technology.
• Lead projects at local, regional, and system levels with timelines.
• Train and support end-users to achieve defined outcomes.
• Monitor Epic proficiency and deliver customized training to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a resource for Super Users and leaders regarding EHR applications.
• Provide on-site support for projects, integrations, and upgrades.
• Communicate EHR information via rounding, newsletters, videos, and webinars.
• Assist with downtime preparedness and Epic updates testing.
• Attend Epic offerings and share learnings to improve knowledge.
• Engage in Epic build tasks and prioritization of system changes.
