Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Trainer in Nashville to deliver foundational and ongoing education for clinical and non-clinical staff in a clinic setting. The role collaborates with Nursing Director, Clinical Nurse Educator, and clinic leadership to ensure competency and smooth onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a medical background, strong communication and presentation skills, and is capable of managing training across multiple sites, including system and policy updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree, Diploma or Certificate from an Accredited Medical Assistant Program or Nursing School preferred; TN license active.

Responsibilities

• Provide foundational training for new clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Support ongoing training and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director, Clinical Nurse Educator, and clinic leaders.
• Onboard new hires and facilitate onboarding across clinics.
• Deliver remedial training and support as needed.
• Assist with training related to workflow changes or system updates.
• Contribute to training material development and metrics.
