Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years advanced knowledge of billing and coding workflow, procedures, and departmental processes

Responsibilities

• Review dashboards and reports to identify needs for coding leadership.
• Monitor work queues and escalate items as needed.
• Process, record, and trend data.
• Monitor, triage, enter and track IT tickets.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve missing documentation and ensure timely billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
