Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing dashboards, monitoring work queues, processing and trending data, triaging IT tickets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely billing, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and protecting patient information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years advanced knowledge of billing and coding workflow, procedures, and departmental processes

Responsibilities

• Reviews dashboards and reports to identify coding needs.
• Monitors work queues and escalates items as needed.
• Processes, records, and trends data.
• Monitors, triages, enters and tracks IT tickets.
• Coordinates with other departments to resolve missing documentation and ensure timely billing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
