Job summary

You will work with Epic and PB Resolute, support denial analysis, and educate providers and coders to improve accuracy.

The role requires 5+ years in professional fee coding, CPC or CCS-P certification, and EM coding experience in the assigned specialty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years pro fee coding experience with at least three years in the assigned specialty
• CPC or CCS-P credential required
• Experience with E/M coding for the assigned specialty
• Preferred 7+ years related coding experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve coding edits in Epic WQs
• Review documentation and assign CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 codes and modifiers
• Communicate coding trends to leadership
• Provide education to providers and coders
• Perform quality assurance audits within the specialty team
• Ensure compliance with coding regulations and guidelines
